Day 3 - Kingdom of Heaven Association

If we think of God's kingdom as an organization this is how it would look:

First, it would be an association, we all can join in and have the choice to contribute to His organization, and the rewards are shared within. He is the president but still allows us to participate in the meetings, and as brothers and sisters, we all have the same importance.

He, as CEO and owner, sets the rules, makes all final decisions, but as a flexible manager, allows us to participate and doesn't punish us whenever we make mistakes, he actually takes his time to teach us how to do it the right way.

Its structure would be in a functional format, God is the head, we are all bellow in hierarchy, but nobody is better than others, therefore, we have a functional flat hierarchy. He is the boss, we work for him, period.
God is the best boss, though. He is gentle, firm, confident, creative. He is the best finance accountant, best human resources, best IT and best team leader.

The churches are his divisions: A, B, C, D, E, etc And as He made us his image, He gave us the right to delegate authority and set hierarchy, therefore we have the bishops, pastors, leaders, member, visitors. As well as in our earthly life, we have a boss, a parent, a manager, whoever it is, we always have to report to someone.

KH Association sells eternity for very reasonable price: love. Whoever gives love, and love only, and join the association, gets a pass to eternity. No way back, no small lines to read, it's clear, honest, direct.
The profits are managed in an interesting manner. Everyone gets something, some more, some less, but it doesn't depend on how much effort we put into it, but as His Will to give us things. Usually we don't deserve things, and He just gives us anyways.

The tool he gave us to work with is this amazing biological machine we call body. It walks, talks, hears, smells and touches. It has feelings, thoughts, it creates things, and looks just like our Father.

Our daily tasks are: to promote His work, love His creation, follow His rules, do not complain, trust His management skills, help our peers in case of trouble and report it all to Him.

I think the best thing I have done in my life was to sign this contract. We all got duties and roles in His company, we all should love working for Him.

"For, as we have a number of parts in one body, but all the parts have not the same use,
So we, though we are a number of persons, are one body in Christ, and are dependent on one another;" Romans 12:4-5
